I absolutely LOVE my apartment in this beautiful complex! This is an absolutely fabulous location (just off Sunrise). Most people don't even know about this complex because it's surrounded by trees (very private).

I love my Lakeside village Apartment. I sold my home and retired and moved into Lakeside village about 3 months ago and it was a good move. I have had a few issues with my apartment and the staff was right on them and took immediate action. My favorite thing about Lakeside is the maintenance crew. The maintenance staff is excellent and all have great personalities. The buildings and grounds are kept up nicely. Chris, Mike and Dakota usually take care of the maintenance issues on my building
